1. General terms and conditions

2. Return period

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unused

  • With preserved labels and packaging

  • No visible signs of use or damage

4. Return procedure

  2. Send the product via Speedy or Econt to the address provided by us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund your money or offer a replacement within 5-7 business days.

5. Return costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we cover the return costs.

  • If you are returning the product for any other reason, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • The amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.

  • The refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Exceptions

The following products are not subject to return:

  • Custom-made products

  • Items with signs of use

  • Products from categories with hygiene restrictions (e.g. underwear)
